You can access the Terme in two ways:
- Single-day ticket, for a day of relaxation
- Personal subscription for 6, 10, or 20 entries, usable freely over time
Both options include access to all common areas during opening hours.

Your ticket gives access to the entire thermal park:
- 2 outdoor thermal pools
- 1 indoor thermal pool with whirlpools and hydrojets

- 2 natural steam caves in the Roman and Medieval area

- Kneipp path
- Winter Garden
- Sun loungers and relaxation areas, outdoors or in covered spaces, with sun, shade, and warm zones for enjoying the park in every season
- 2 natural lakes with thermal springs
- Mud-free area

What to bring (and what’s available on site)
For a comfortable day at the thermal baths, we recommend bringing:
- bathrobe or towel
- swimsuit
- flip-flops
- swimming cap
If you need anything during your visit, our on-site bazaar sells swimsuits, flip-flops and swimming caps. Bathrobes and towels are also available to hire, subject to availability.
Facilities
During your stay, you will have access to:
- lockers with individual keys
- changing rooms and showers
- wall-mounted hairdryers
- on-site bistro
Please note that outside food and drinks cannot be brought into the thermal park.
A few simple rules
To help everyone enjoy a peaceful experience at our thermal spa near Naples:
- swimming caps must be worn in the pools
- please keep voices low in the historic thermal areas
- please do not leave personal belongings on indoor sun loungers when you are not using them
Making the most of your visit
Our natural thermal waters encourage muscle relaxation, help cleanse the skin and support greater ease of movement.
To make the most of your time at the thermal baths, we recommend:
- spending at least 30–40 minutes in the water, particularly in the outdoor pool
- alternating time in the warm water with around 10-minute breaks
- avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- at the end of the day, avoiding harsh soaps so that the beneficial effects of the thermal waters can last longer
