The thermal park

Set in the wonderful frame of Phlegrean Fields, by the sea and at the limits of lake Lucrino, the thermal park of the Terme Stufe di Nerone  has got an outdoor wide space which can be made use of throughout the year thanks to its particularly  mild  microclimate peculiar to the whole geographic area.

Inside the thermal park there are about 20/25 hot or cold thermal springs which form two characteristic small lakes very different from one another as for aspect and composition of the waters.

The green spaces are very large and characterized by a variegated vegetation typical of the Phlegrean area. Each guest will be able to choose his/her own relaxing spot and enjoy the benefit of the thermal waters.

So it will be possible to choose to “capture” even the gentlest sunbeam lying on a bed  in the wide solarium area dedicated to heliotherapy: an area covered with English lawn and interspersed of some shades with big palms and trees like myrtle, pomegranate, black pepper, elder etc.

Very peculiar are the “architectonic coverings” made with autochthonous vines or with woodbine. Under there pleasant relief  from hot summer days can be found.

On summer’s arrival a refreshment area is opened in the wonderful citrus grove, where it is possible to have a savoury and light meal and to keep on with the day at the spa.

Beyond the citrus grove, along the terracing, there is a kind of flora characterized by big olive-trees, locust tree, oaks: the best for reading or simply relaxing spot.
Who wants to go on, going down will find the thermal spring of the Venus’s small lake, a little corner of paradise to enjoy  utter silence and marvel.
