Thermal waters

The salt - bromine – iodic hyperthermal waters at the Terme Stufe di Nerone gush out at about 74°C temperature.
Thanks to the organoleptic features, immersion in the thermal waters gives a pleasant feeling of skin renewal
owing to re-mineralization of skin tissue and to the removal of impurities combined with heavy sweating in the natural sauna.

Bathing in the thermal swimming pools exerts an anti-stress and relaxing action on muscles.
Inside the thermal park there are several springs of thermal water (with different temperature from 38°C to 58°C) which form two wonderful small lakes very different from each other for their physic – chemical composition and for their appearance.

Thermal waters thanks to the  therapeutic properties they have, besides having an invigorating and antiphlogistic character , give particular benefit and are particularly recommended in any form of

-    arthrosis,
-    rheumatisms,
-    respiratory tract illnesses,
-    stomatitis,
-    vaginitis,
-    juvenile acne.

The Terme Stufe di Nerone are authorized  by the Ministry of Health to the use of their waters for therapeutic aims.

Besides, thanks to its therapeutic properties, the thermal centre with the cooperation of Naples University and the CE.RI.S.T (Research Centre and Thermal Studies) has started some research whose publications can be downloaded later on.
